ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition praying to call for the records, quash the same in Na.Ka.No.A3/153/2024, dated 23.05.2024 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer-cum-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Udayarpalayam, Ariyalur District and quash the same.
2. On a perusal of the records, it shows that it is only the summons issued under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. for appearance / enquiry on 24.05.2024, but, subsequently, the present petition is filed on 05.06.2024, challenging the said summons issued by the first respondent.
3. Hence, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, both the first respondent-RDO and the second respondent-Police, are directed in coordination with each other, to issue fresh summons with date. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the summons that would be issued.
4. Crl.M.P.No.17453 of 2024 is closed.
