This petition has been filed to transfer of the case in C.C.No.329 of 2011, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.

2.The petitioner is facing trial for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The C.C. was filed in the year 2011 and the petition for transfer has been filed in the year 2014. This Court has not granted any stay at the stage of admission and hence this Court is not in a position to transfer the proceedings. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
