This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 141 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has filed the petition through e-filing on 06.02.2026 and in such circumstances, the delay will only be 67 days, whereas, the Registry has wrongly calculated the delay to be 141 days.

Having perused the records, it is seen that there is only a delay of 67 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 67 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
