This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 676 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.15,000/- in representing the A.S.SR.No.58224 of 2022.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 676 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
