Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.12.2014 and file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.668 of 2015 for offences under Sections 341, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014. The said statement is recorded.
