ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite the enquiry in Crime No.591 of 2011 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the petition filed by the accused in Crl.O.P.No.12625 of 2014, this Court by an order dated 20.03.2018 has quashed the FIR, on the basis of the compromise between the parties.

3. In view of the above said order, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
