The petitioner seeks direction upon the third respondent to register a case on his complaint, dated 21.11.2014. 2.

The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent were heard.

It is seen that the petitioner has given complaint to the Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent of Police, who are the first and second respondents respectively. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge his complaint before the Station House Officer.
