This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records of the first respondent FIR, dated 06.05.2010 in Cr.No.11 of 2010 and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.11 of 2010 was completed and the charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.81 of 2011 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.
