ORDER
This petition is filed for direction to the Trial Court viz., Additional Mahila Court at Magistrate Level (Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore) to expedite the trial in C.C.No.180 of 2013 within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2.Considering the fact that the case was registered in C.C.No.180 of 2013 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Magistrate Level, Coimbatore against the petitioner for offence under Section 506 (i) of IPC in the year
2013 and only one witness was examined so far, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Magistrate Level, Coimbatore to complete the trial in C.C.No.180 of 2013 on or before 31.05.2015.
