Prayer: Criminal miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 by an order dated 21.02.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners is directed to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate CCB, CB-CID Court, Egmore, Chennai every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
