ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Court below to split up C.C.No.186 of 2013 and accept the guilty petition filed by the petitioner.

2. The Calender case is of the year 2013 and there is no instruction with regard to the progress in this case. If in case, the C.C. is pending, the Court may take appropriate decision on the splitting up of the case and pass orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of .
