Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 12 to remove the unauthorized construction of Arch and compound wall which is being constructed by the 13th respondent by violating the conditions imposed by the 5th respondent in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.4791/2012 (A2) dated 28.05.2012 and direct the respondents 1 to 12 to remove all the encroachments made in the public road in S.Nos.110/8, 110/9, 110/10 at Tharamangalam Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District and retain public road in its original position for the usage of public and free flow of traffic.
