ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to measure the petitioner's land in 120/3, Aandimadam Taluk, Ariyalur District on the basis of 1/5

her representation dated 06.05.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.05.2024 with a request for surveying the property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/5
