Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.149 to 155 of 2012, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti, Cuddalore. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are totally 256 witnesses in the case in Crime No.3 of 2010, out of which 81 witnesses were so far examined and the trial is going on.

3.In view of the above submission, at this stage, the petition to quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.149 to 153 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti, Cuddalore, cannot be considered. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are also dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.However, considering the calendar case is of the year 2012, the Court below is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
