ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 25.10.2022 and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to survey and demarcate the property in patta No. 547 at New Survey Nos 77/1A and 77/3A old Survey Nos. 77/1 and 77/3 in Sirupanaiyur Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 25.10.2022 with a request for surveying the property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 2/4

dated 25.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
