Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to directing the 1st respondent to process the application submitted by the petitioners dated 21.9.2015 to measure the land in R.S.No.147/2 and R.S.No.150 situated at Sarkarperiyapalayam Village Uthukuli Taluk Tiruppur District and fix the boundaries by getting adequate police protection from the 3rd respondent.

ORDER
Seeking measurement of the land in R.S.No.147/2 and R.S.No.150 situated at Sankarperiyapalayam village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tirupur District, the petitioners made an application on21.9.2015 by paying requisite charges. In pursuant to the same,notice was issued by the 1st Respondent to all the land owners including https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
adjacent land owners. It appears thereafter the 2ndRespondent filed suit in O.S.No.270 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Avinashi for permanent injunction, which is pending. In the said suit, respondents 1 and 3 are not parties.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for official respondents.
3. What the petitioners want is measurement of their property. Therefore, a direction is issued to respondent No.1to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioners dated 21.9.2015 after affording opportunity to the petitioners as well as the 2nd Respondent withina period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
