This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 10.08.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.No.47 of 2016 before the Inspector of Police, Uthukuli Police Station, Tiruppur District.

4. Under such circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Uthukuli Police Station, Tiruppur District, is directed to conduct the enquiry expeditiously in accordance with law or close the case under intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
