This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1666 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.37,240/- in A.S.SR.No.159466 of 2019.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 1666 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
