Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the fourth respondent issued Retender Notice (second call) No.11/2020-21/SE/B (C&M) C/Sim dated 08.09.2020 for Package-I and another Retender Notice (second call) No.11/2020-21/SE/B (C&M) C/Sim dated 08.09.2020 for Package-II, to quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue afresh tender in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.471, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated 30.09.2007. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that Tender Notification is under challenge in the present writ petition and during the pendency of the present writ petition, the tender job was completed in all respects. Therefore, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now.
