Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent herein to lease out the two rooms in premises bearing No.246 Ramakrishna Mutt Road, Mylapore, Chennai 4, to the applicant for running textile business . This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- Mr. N.A. Nissar Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that he is not pressing the application.

2. Learned counsel further submitted that in the event of the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee conducting an auction for leasing out the property in respect of premises in Door No.246, it is open to the applicant to participate in the auction/tender.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as not pressed. Sd./-MDJ.
