By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.M.Saravanakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 01.09.2014. 4.Aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent dated 07.08.2014, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 01.09.2014 before the first respondent and has also sent a reminder to consider the appeal.
5.Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to respondents 4 to 6, the merits of the allegation made against respondents 4 to 6 are gone into and it is left open to be considered by the competent authority.
6. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, after issuing notice to respondents 4 to 6. The above said direction shall be complied with by the first respondent within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
