J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.,) The appellant challenged the charge memo issued to him before the writ Court. The writ petition was disposed of with the observation that the appellant has to face the enquiry. The said order is under challenge at the instance of the appellant in this intra court Appeal.

2. When the appeal is taken for admission, the learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, submitted that the 0appellant would be satisfied in case, the outer time limit is fixed for conclusion of enquiry and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. According to the learned counsel, the appellant is eligible for promotion and the next panel for promotion would be drawn within a period of three months.
3. We direct the respondents to complete the enquiry initiated against the appellant as expeditious as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
4. The intra court appeal is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
