ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that "the petitioner, except on Saturday and Sunday, shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders" imposed by the Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P No.8128 of 2025 in Crime No.62/2025 dated 26.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
