This petition has been filed to implead the respondents 2 to 7 as party respondents in W.A.No.1017 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 submitted that the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 died and their legal heirs are already on record. He further submitted that he has filed vakalat for the respondents 4 and 7 and he has no objection to implead the respondents 4 and 7.

4. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 7, C.M.P.No.12444 of 2019 is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
