PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, seeking to set aside the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2021 made in A.S.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sub Court Rasipuram, confirming decree and judgment dated 13.04.2016 in O.S.No.53 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Rasipuram.

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2021 made in A.S.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sub Judge Rasipuram, confirming decree and judgment dated 13.04.2016 in O.S.No.53 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Rasipuram.

2. A joint compromise Memo is filed by the learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents dated 26.09.2025 entered into between the parties. The terms of the Memo of compromise were read over to the involved parties, and they accepted the same. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves. The parties admit their signatures in the Compromise agreement. 2.Recording of the said memo and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise and the same will form part of the decree.
