(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it transpires that though the respondents are seized of the problem put forth by the petitioner qua the connectivity between Government Stanley Hospital and the opposite side Nehru Century Children Care Hospital, the response to the petitioner only states that the matter has been taken up with the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., CMWSSB, etc.

2.We would expect the aforesaid exercise to take a decision in this behalf be completed within a period of three (3) months and the petitioner be, accordingly, informed of what action the respondents finally propose to take and in how much time.
