JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3.
2. The appellant is challenging the order dated 19.04.2023.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the said order is an exparte order. No notice was served upon the appellant.
4. If the impugned order is an ad-interim exparte order, then, the appellant can appear before the same Court by filing an application to vacate it.
5. The appellant may avail the said remedy as may be permissible under law.
