O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein to produce the petitioner's husband, viz., Gunasekaran S/o.Veerappan, aged about 35 years, before this Court and set him at liberty from the illegal custody of third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [crl.side], on instructions, submits that the detenu Gunasekaran was arrested by the Andhra Pradesh police in connection with Narsingarayanipet P.S.Crime No.17 of 2017 and was produced before the learned III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chitoor, on 09.08.2021, who has remanded him to judicial custody.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
