Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.Seeking allotment of petrol (MS)/high speed diesel/oil outlet dealership, a representation was made by the petitioner on 15.10.2015. Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the second respondent is the competent authority to pass orders and a direction shall be issued to the said authority. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
