The petitioner, who is the Managing Trustee of the Trust situated in No.153, Kasukadai Street, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District, made a representation on 24.08.2015 stating that the entrance of the petitioner's Trust building has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

obstructed by the encroachment made by the respondent no.3 and therefore, appropriate action should be taken in this regard. As no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration of the above, the respondent no.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2015 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.3.
