This petition is filed to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.69727 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Ms.Ramya V.Rao, the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 and submitted that she has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.Ramya V.Rao, as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6 in the cause list at the time of admission.

6. The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.69727 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order and post along with connected C.M.A.No.589 of 2023.
