Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the Commissioner, H.R.&C.E., Chennai, DT 24.03.2011 made in R.P.No.57/2009, in so far it relates to the order of stay granted against the order of appointment of Non-hereditary trustees, issued by the Joint Commissioner, H.R.&C.E., Thanjavur, in his proceedings No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.16920/2008-1/A3 dt.28.02.2011 and to quash the same as illegal.
