Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders to provide a copy of OMR answer sheet pertaining to Roll No.137020040 (K.Sridevi) with respect to the exam dated 04.02.2024 conducted for direct recruitment of Graduate Teachers/Block Development Educators (BRTE)-2023 by the second respondent in pursuant to the Notification No.3/2023 dated 25.10.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to provide OMR sheet for the examination conducted on 04.02.2024 to the post of Graduate Teachers/Block Resources Teacher Educator.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. On perusal of the notification, it does not express any provision providing OMR Sheet. While being so, the petitioner is not entitled for any OMR Sheet and as such, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No
costs.
