The Learned Counsel for the respondents states that pursuant to the transfer petition filed by the respondent in Tr.C.R.P.No.329 of 2024, divorce petition filed by the husband (the petitioner herein) which is pending in the Family Court, Nagapattinam been transferred to Sub Court, Hosur.

2. The present petition is to transfer M.C.No.15 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur to Family Court Nagapattinam. Since, this Court vide order dated 05.07.2024 has transferred the case pending in the family Court, Nagapattinam to Sub-Court, Hosur, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this transfer application. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 08.07.2024 Index : Yes/No.
