(The case has been heard through video conference) By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by means of this order.

2. Ms.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal of the petitioner dated 02.04.2021 in accordance with law and merit within a stipulated time.

4. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side.

5. This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 02.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner herein.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
