O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the seventh respondent. 2.The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the property situated in S.No.109/4B2 to an extent of 0.22 cents belongs to one B.Vijayakrishnan, however, by creating false document, they have sold the property with the seventh respondent and the seventh respondent having fully known about the forgery, in 2/4

collision with Kesavan has purchased the property. Therefore, it is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that disciplinary proceedings has to be initiated against the seventh respondent.

3.While looking at the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it involves question of fact which cannot be considered by the writ Court. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in the writ petition.
