The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 104 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the order dated 08.11.2023 in C.A.No.44 of 2023 passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal District.

2. Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.
