3. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 5 and perused the records.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 132 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 02.08.2024. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.S.Udhayakumar, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5 in the cause list at the time of admission.
