Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to implement the order passed by the third respondent in its proceeding order No.4463/2018/Pa2, dated 24.04.2019, in the light of decision of Full Bench of this Court rendered in W.A.No.158 of 2016 etc., batch, dated 03.12.2019 and to disburse the retirement and pension benefits to the petitioner.

(The case has been heard through video conference) By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ

petitions is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by means of this order.

2. Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to implement the order passed by the third respondent in its proceeding order No.4463/2018/Pa2, dated 24.04.2019, in the light of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court rendered in W.A.No.158 of 2016 etc., batch, dated 03.12.2019 and to disburse the retirement and pension benefits to the petitioner.

4. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before it.

5. Though the prayer in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2019, expeditiously.

6. This Court considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

7. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
