The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the civil suit in O.S.No.4879 of 2019 originally filed before the learned I Assistant City Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has been now transferred to the Commercial Court and re-numbered as C.O.S.No.903 of 2022, wherein the respondents are appearing as defendants and the case is posted for their cross examination on 10.02.2025.

2.Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to serve notice to the respondents and their counsel who are appearing before the Commercial Court on 10.02.2025. This is in addition to the earlier direction given by this Court on 24.11.2023. Further, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is directed to inform the respondents through the jurisdictional police about the pendency of this case and ensure the presence of the respondents before this Court on 17.02.2025.
