ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Cr.No.1722 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent police, M-6, Manali Police Station, Madhavaram District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 23.11.2018, no final report has been filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that initially the FIR was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and the same was altered into Section 306 Cr.P.C. All the accused persons were arrested in this case and subsequently they have been granted bail. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
