Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed in support of this petition.

2. On perusal of the averments in the petition, it appears that there is no need of further clarification in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5858 of 2015 dated 20.02.2020. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

3. If at all the petitioner is having any grievance, he is permitted to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
