Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 4th respondent dt 12.10.2009 in respect of Charge Sheet CO/CUD/VIGIL/DPO/57/2008-09 dt 20.10.2008 confirmed by the 3rd respondent in Appeal dt 29.6.2010 and confirmed by the 2nd respondent by his order dt 24.5.2011 in Review Petition and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the (Wages) Salary D.A. and other monetary benefits up to 30.9.2011 (Superannuation) with 12% interest till the payment to the petitioner.

Prayer in W.P.No.12099 of 2012:

Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter dt 21.11.2011 sent by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the emoluments of the privilege leave with 12% from 12.10.2009 till the payment to the petitioner Prayer in W.P.No.12100 of 2012:

Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter dt 12.11.2011 sent by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the provident fund (Bank Contribution) sum of Rs.9 26 128.83 with 12% from 12.10.2009 till the payment to the petitioner Prayer in W.P.No.12101 of 2012:

Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter dt 20.11.2009 sent by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the eligible gratuity of the petitioner with 12% interest from 12.10.2009 till the payment to the petitioner and pass further orders.
