ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection on the ground that the petitioner, who is a Senior Citizen and his wife are not permitted to enter into the property by their own son .

2. The petitioner has already given a representation to the respondent police, seeking for protection to enter into the property. However, the police have not acted upon the representation and therefore the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. The first respondent is directed to act upon the representation made by the petitioner and call the parties for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an enquiry and persuade the son of the petitioner to permit the petitioner and his wife to reside in the property. If the persuasion does not work, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a above direction.
