On the earlier occasion i.e.

29.03.2022, this Court directed the proposed purchaser to deposit the entire sale consideration of Rs.45,00,000/- before the Registry to the credit of the above petition on or before 11.04.2022.

Indisputably, the conditional order passed by this Court on 29.03.2022 has not been complied with. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed.
