Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue community certificate to the children of the petitioner viz., (1) S.G.Hariharan and (2) S.G.Harshini that they belong to Kurumans (ST) community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner and his family members.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to issue community certificate to his children, namely, S.G.Hariharan and S.G.Harshini stating that they belong to Kurumans (ST) community based upon the community certificate issued to the petitioner and his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondent.

It appears that in connection with the issuance of "Kurumans Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate", relying upon the certificates issued by the revenue authorities in favour of the petitioner and his family members stating that they belong to Kurumans Scheduled Tribe community, he has applied to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri seeking for issuance of such certificates to his children, namely, S.G.Hariharan and S.G.Harshini.
Since the said application is pending consideration before the respondent authority, he has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to do the needful in this regard.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, we direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri, the respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of "Kurumans Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate" to the children of the petitioner, namely, S.G.Hariharan and S.G.Harshini, after holding enquiry as well as verification of the certificates issued to the family members, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
