ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for direction, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 06.06.2019.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband Late Dhinakaran while he was working as a Pharmacist in the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, passed away on 05.09.2009. While she was living with her husband, she blessed with one male child. The petitioner made representation to the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, for disbursement of monetary benefits and other benefits. Hence, the petitioner made representations to the respondent dated 23.07.2018 and 06.06.2019. However, the petitioner representations were not considered till date. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
