Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry in CSR.No.62 of 2015 was conducted on 05.02.2015 and closed by the respondent police.
