Respondents PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the record of the impugned proceeding vide No.E/ 1086, dated 19.09.2020 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent herein to promote the petitioner in the cadre of Asst. Manager as I am fully eligible and entitled to be promoted in the cadre of Asst. Manager basing on the strict service seniority under the law in force.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel submits that in this regard he has already filed a letter dated 24.03.2026 before the Registrar (Judicial).
