A.Nos.4770 and 4771 of 2019 in O.P.No.687 of 2016 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The applications have been filed to declare the 2nd petitioner as major and to discharge the 1st petitioner from the guardianship of the 2nd petitioner.

2. The original petition in O.P.No.687 of 2016 has been filed seeking Succession Certificate in respect of certain security and debts, which stands in the name of late P.S.Samson.

3. The petitioners are wife and children of the deceased P.S.Samson. The 2nd petitioner was born on 12.10.1999, as per the certificate issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Hence, he has attained majority. Therefore, the 2nd petitioner is declared as major and the 1st petitioner is discharged as his guardian.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file amended copy of the petition by 29.07.2019. Upon such filing, Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master for evidence on 01.08.2019.
